AUR Senate leader dismisses claims of a Nicușor Dan-PSD coalition

Petrișor Peiu, who heads the AUR senators, ruled out any parliamentary backing for a cabinet led by Mureșan. He accused Nicușor Dan of plotting with PSD to bring the social democrats back to power, suggesting a plan to install Grindeanu after Mureșan steps down or loses a confidence vote. Peiu also said AUR would not seek votes from a party that has insulted them for years and doubted any early elections.
