The next Games will move to Ahmedabad in 2030, where organizers anticipate a larger roster of sports and a budget nearly double Glasgow’s £160 million, raising concerns about financial sustainability. Indian Olympic Association chief Raghu Iyer cautioned that no guarantees can be offered regarding the Games’ future, underscoring lingering uncertainty despite the event’s continued appeal to athletes worldwide.
