Meta expands Muse AI assistant with native iPad support
Meta's Muse AI app now runs natively on iPad, adding larger-screen and multitasking features alongside new integrations.
After debuting on iPhone and briefly topping Apple’s free-app chart, Meta’s Muse AI assistant received a dedicated iPad version that exploits the tablet’s larger screen and enhanced multitasking capabilities. The rollout was noted only briefly in the release notes, which also listed a suite of new integrations with services like Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Zoom, Asana, Klaviyo, Granola and Notion. These connectors aim to help small-business owners assign a business objective, allowing the agent to autonomously generate marketing plans, client pitches, and product-page drafts.
Meta previously launched a Mac version for desktop tasks and recently announced a standalone Muse Charm device and plans for smart-glass integration. The swift iPad support contrasts with the 15-year gap before Instagram received a dedicated iPad app, underscoring Meta’s focus on its AI portfolio.
Why it matters
