PN vows to keep fighting after High Court suspends deregistration order
The High Court has paused the decision to cancel PN's registration, and the coalition says it will stay the course ahead of the Melaka state election.
The High Court granted PN’s request to suspend the Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan’s notice that sought to cancel the coalition’s registration, allowing PN to contest the Melaka state election under its current name and logo. Samsuri praised the ruling, stating that attempts to erase PN will not diminish its determination and that the coalition will continue to respect ongoing legal processes while defending its rights.
He called on all party structures to concentrate fully on election preparations, stressing the need for strong collaboration and appealing offers for the electorate. The decision enables PN to appear on the ballot for the 14 November state poll. Samsuri reaffirmed that the coalition remains steadfast in its political struggle.
