PP leader Feijóo rejects any role in Ceuta migrant crisis response

Ceuta's president Juan José Vivas has authorized only five transfers, to Navarra, and refuses further approvals. The PP has also opposed a parliamentary declaration that would obligate the central government to provide resources, maintaining that the situation remains an "invasion" as described by Sánchez earlier this year.
