It has registered 51 Cybercabs in Texas alongside a fleet of 263 Model Y vehicles, and a pilot program that began last summer in Austin has expanded to a few other Texas and Florida locations, with permits pending in Arizona and Nevada. When asked about the size of its fleet, Elon Musk replied “Yes.”
