Russia claims precision strikes on Ukrainian ports and vessels in Odesa and Mykolaiv

The ministry reported that Russian forces employed precision air-launched munitions and attack drones to strike military storage sites with communications and electronic-warfare equipment in Odesa. In Mykolaiv, a cargo vessel carrying military gear and a weapons warehouse were targeted, and another dry cargo ship transporting supplies for Ukraine's armed forces was hit in the Black Sea.
